Hi
This menu is not healthy- But I am leaning toward gilled chicken and side salad or steamed veggies..
What would you pick off this menu? Note if you go and look at it, click by page numbers and will go to next page.

I go with the Feta Chicken Salad. it sounds delicious.0

I would go with the caesar chicken salad with the dressing on the side. Just dip the salad in the dressing.0

Thanks you guys for taking the time to look:-) Great choices:-)0

Tenderloin steak & double grilled vegtables instead of the potatoes. The tenderloin is basically fillet mignon & will be very low fat and much better tasitng & filling than chicken.0

Thanks:-) I probably should of said I dont eat red meat:-) Thank you for suggestion0 -
I'd get the Blackened Tuna platter and start with a side salad with the fat free sesame dressing. I wouldn't eat much of the rice and I'd probably take half the meal home for dinner anyway if the portions are large.0

French onion soup
Strip steak med rare
dessert
a nice IPA0 -
Didnt even see blankend tuna..may be the winner, oh and french onion yum
Thanks 4 suggestions:-)0 -
I'd probably get the legendary chicken or salmon. I'd also drink at least 2 glasses of wine, probably a side of fries because I love them and they fit into my macros when I want them to, and I'd ask about dessert (which I'm usually disappointed because most aren't gluten free).0

Oh don't worry. There are plenty of good options on that menu. Any of the salads just get the dressing on the side. The feta chicken salad would be my top salad pick. If you get the Caesar watch that dressing! Caesar dressing is super high cal.
From "the main event" I'd probably choose the salmon, tuna, or the legendary chicken. I'd skip the rice and double up on veggies or ask if they have a baked sweet potato instead (hold the cinnamon sugar, butter, or salt). You could even so the half chicken just don't eat the skin or the dressing.
From the "tex mex" menu you could have either of the fajitas just limit the tortillas (1, maybe 2) and pass on the sour cheese and cheese.
You could probably make some of the sandwiches work if you hold the mayo, cheese, etc and only eat half the bun.0 -
