If you swith to egg beaters, the calories and fat would be alot less.

sounds like my breakfast the last few days except i dont use spinach and i use the french onion laughing cow light.

and no horseradish.....although thanks for the idea :)
  • This sounds delish! I'll have to try it soon :) Reminds me of a breakfast scramble that I make using Pam cooking spray, Egg beaters, spinach, diced tomatoes and onions, and kraft 2% milk swiss cheese. It's amazing and comes in under 300 calories as well...gotta love that!!

    Breakfast

    Sara Lee - 45 Calories & Delightful Wheat Bread, 2 slices-90 * Sodium-220mg

    2 Eggs - Fried Over-Easy, 2 Egg Fried Over Easy 140 * Sodium-94mg

    Spinach - Raw, 1 cup 7 * Sodium-24mg

    Laughing Cow Light - Creamy Swiss Cheese, 1 wedges 35 * Sodium-210mg

    Horseradish - Prepared, 1 tbsp 7 * Sodium-47mg

You could egg beaters or fat free cottage cheese blended with spices to alter cal and sodium. Hope that helps:-)

    * Not an egg beater fan-Love real eggs-A healthy food-low cals high protein nutrients and keeps ya full.
