I eat 80 percent awesome and 20 percent not so awesome;-) lost over 30 pounds and kept it off a year;-) works for me.. The 20 percent part is mainly beer,ice cream;-)

Love beer 2...I fit it in my plan and it works for me, lost all my weight and kept it off a year, while still enjoying beer regularly:-)

20 mins rowing machine, 30 min walk the dog on trails and later hour or so weeding the garden with a cold beer to work my biceps:drinker:

Cardio 2 x a week-30-45 min -weightlifting 3x a week 30-60 mins rest of time,walk the dog, ride my bike and garden. Pretty much 3-4 days planned exercise. Rest fun exercise. I really have to force myself to do cardio! I love to lift, and ride a bike, walk etc.

Day 2 level 2, Like level 2 much better. But still not a fan of jumping around;-) Used 15 pound weights to make the lifting challenging. I do a full lifting routine after 30ds. for me I am doing it to get a bit more cardio in. Good luck to all you shredders;-)

Yes! Weekly! During my loss and still while maintaing almost a year. Every Sunday I call it a spike day. No logging,no rules, just enjoy whatever I want. I eat very well 80 percent and the other 20 less then perfect choices, beer,wine cheese,beer,wine..lol
