I am so sorry for you! I just cracked 3 ribs and chipped elbow, I understand your worries, I am not looking to lose anymore weight.But, I lift weights and cannot for a good 6-8 weeks. I just don't like red meat, never did,even as a child. I eat fish, chicken etc. It doesn't bother me what anyone else chooses to eat or not.

Eating enough? Sleeping well? maybe iron? Exercising 2 much? or 2 little, ex will give you energy. or on any meds, that will make tired? I take daily supplement +b's and fish oil. also coffee and food for fuel:-) Good luck:-)

I see the concept here indeed, I do not follow exactly above, but do zigzagging to allow for beer,treats weekend. I have maintained about a year. It is much harder then losing! I roast or grill veggies , spread laughing cow or fesh mozzerela on basil and wrap:-) mmmmm and pesto, everything!
