2 years at goal, and still track daily except Sundays. Not sure? It has become a habit?

3-5 x a week-3 for weights and rest walk, bike- gym etc..Stay active doing active things daily,except Sundays;-)

Hi I work out 3-4 x week. Lift heavy 2-3 for 45-90 mins depends,cardio 2 x week-total 3-4. I focus on weights and slip in cardio doing things i like. I try and move daily with staying busy. But, I could not do cardio daily, or would i want too..Whatver works for people is what they need to do. This time frame works for me.…

As much as it drives me nuts to do it on Sunday, I do prep and cook several meals for week on Sunday. I am glad I did during week to have good food and done. Also, cut veggies and make huge crockpot oatmeal for mornings. It works good,too busy during week to do, and at night I just want food when get home;-)

Fruit on top-in eggs and pasta for cheesy flavor-in my oatmeal. Also blend it with herbs add a bit plain greek yougurt use for dipping or in place sour cream,mayo etc;-)
