You would need an hrm or fitbit to be precise. Everyone is different, height,weight etc for calorie burns. I would go with the lower amount to be safe. This may help http://www.livestrong.com/article/80974-calculate-calories-burned-treadmill/ Take care:-)

I log it as circuit and add the cal burn, hrm for me in TRX 30 min is 390-410. It would be different for all, weight,etc.. If possible, HRM is a good investment and motivator:-)

I bought some two sided velcro attached to sports bra(UW) and chest strap. I had that problem with underwire only,not regular. worked good. :-) Thats what i did when I was well endowed..lol Almost 2 years later,the girls stay in much easier...

5'3 lost it and maintained year and 1/2 and I eat 1600 very lowest to generally 1800-2000 cals a day. I am short...It depends on many things...I could not eat 1200 a day. But, many follow the 1200 cal. If it works for you do it.. I just wanted to add, eating above that works too:-) Good luck to you:-)

Soooo This! I eat my biggest meal 8-9pm as well! and the most cals of all meals! maintained weight, year and a half. My belly begs 2 differ with night eating...;-)
