I did P90X also. P90x3 is much better because the workouts are only 30 minutes each. The original was great but some of them were almost 90 minutes long.

Maybe you should watch one of the many weight training videos in the series before saying something like that. You might be surprised by how incorrect you are.

If you go to chain restaurants, you can look up the calories online and be ready with what to order when you get there. Make sure you exercise and you can still stay on track when on vacation.
