  • I havent been able afford shakeology, but have looked into it alot. It seems to be the real deal, the most natural shake on the market, fat from a traditional protein shake. If you can handle the cost (About 4.00 a serving) I would highly recomend it.

  • Drop the Cheese, the chips, and the bar, add Fruit and some Veggies and you have an awesome lunch
  • No your body needs 1200 Calories a day. If you are eating about the same, You former Calories may have come from soda, which is huge (A couple hundred per can) Try to increase your protean, or maybe add an energy bar. I personally love the Cliff Bars Peanut Butter Flavor. All Natural Good Carbs and 240 Calories
  • You can get Low Cal Bread (40 or 90 cal per slice) and have peanut butter toast. Seems boring but peanut butter is always good and it gives you a little crunch.   • I broke my last plateau with a three day Juice fast... Lots of Kale/Spinach Juice. I dropped 4 pounds in three days and its still coming off fast now that I am back on food.
