My tips: * Gum * Warm drinks (i.e. tea, coffee, ect.) * Crunchy, non- guilty snacks (i.e. carrots, celery, ect.) * Stay as busy as possible (instead of taking a lunch out, walk during your lunch break & eat at your desk, for some reason makes time go by much faster) * Log into myfitnesspal for extra support & motivation :)…
