can you see the difference? NSV and pics

I had three unsilocited comments about my weight loss this week. I feeel much better and have lost over 30 lbs total (pre MFP and MFP). I have ramped up my exercise considerably the last two weeks and have stalled in weight loss. I see a little difference in the attached pics (3 months apart).

    Same thing happened here, I actually gained weight for the first few weeks of "exercise", It'll start again. In the mean time you'll lose inches. I started off at the same weight. Congrats so far.

    Thanks. I need to start measuring my inches. Up till now I havent done that but I know I am still benefiting because I have droppped a shirt size and two pant sizes so far but I didnt measure up front. Glad you hung in there.

    It was a good idea to use the same clothes in the pictures. Your shirt fits you much tighter in the first picture and your pants are going to fall off soon...hee hee:)
