  • Here's an exercise routine that I saw on here an liked. You can use pretty much any 4 exercises for it, so you can do things that don't need equipment, like squats, push ups, crunches, dips, etc... • It is one of, if not the first movie I remember ever seeing. I bet I was no older than 3 or 4 the first time I saw it.
  • Today is Day 7 for me.
  • I wouldn't pay much attention to BMI. I'm 5'6" and there's no way I can get to what would be "healthy" for me according to BMI, because I'm a heavy muscle dense bone guy. I'm right around 235 - 240 right now, and my current goal is to get to 200 and see how I look and feel. I would suggest going about it that way yourself.…

  • A Game of Thrones. Close to being done, so I'll soon be on the next one in the series, A Clash of Kings.
  • Long term - Getting down to 200 (And depending on how I look and feel once there, see how much lower I can go) Short term - Every 10% mark, which is 7.6 lbs. Also, my next big short term goal is when I have lost 55.2 lbs, because I will have lost 20% of my starting body weight.
  • Go to allrecipes.com They have a feature where you can enter what ingredients you want to use and any you want to avaoid and will give you any recipes they have that fit what you're looking for.

  • BMI doesn't take into account muscle mass and bone structure. My scale does fat percentage for me. at 0% body fat I would weight 152 lbs. The "normal" range for me according to the BMI charts on the Center for Disease control website is 119 - 157 lbs. So accourding to that chart, at 3.2% body fat I would just barely be in…
  • You should be okay for doing it. I've used it a few times and am currently finished day 10 this time around. I've never completed it, not because it was too tough, but because of other things going on in my life. If you have the DVD's, watch them through to get a feel for what they are like.
  • A myriad of games on PS2 and have to get back to Dargon Age Origins on my PC Also a pencil and paper gamer, used to play D&D (until they recently ruined it with 4th edition). Have a few new ones that I will hopefully be trying soon.

  • Soups are another idea. I freeze them in canning jars and then just have to heat them up.
  • Key West Chicken: Ingredients * 3 tablespoons soy sauce * 1 tablespoon honey * 1 tablespoon vegetable oil * 1 teaspoon lime juice * 1 teaspoon chopped garlic * 4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves Directions 1. In a shallow container, blend soy sauce, honey, vegetable oil, lime juice, and garlic. Place chicken breast…
  • I have a T5H911 and I think it's pretty good. When I do the cardio and abs half of the Power 90 which is 41 minutes, I get 750 - 850 calories burned in that time. I'm at a little over 240 lbs and I push myself hard during the workout.
  • These first two are done with dumbbells. Sit on a chair with a weight in each hand,, arms resting on your thighs, palms down. Then extend up however many reps. Then, roll your arms so they are palm up. With control, open your hands up, letting the weights roll down to the fingertips. When they've rolled as far as they can…
  • Most nuts would be a good choice. I prefer Almonds. Also string cheese may be good, I don't think it has much in the way of carbs. Or hard boiled eggs.
  • You could make a soup (or a few for variety) at home, freeze them and you'll have several premade lunches already made. A good site for recipes is allrecipes.com
  • Here is one I saw on here and made sure to save: "Get a regular ol' deck of playing cards and keep the jokers in. Pick four exercises and assign one to each suit. • There is a program they came out with before P90X called Power 90. I'm doing that and it may be closer to what you're looking for.
  • Being the best man at a friend's wedding. I'll be in a kilt and he stands 8 or 9 inches taller than me. So, I don't want to look like the period next to an exclamation point standing next to him... lol
  • allrecipes.com is a great site. You can go and put in what ingrediants you want to use and any you want to avoid and they will give you recipes that meet what you're looking for.
  • Stress can slow down weight loss, if you're stressed over a period more than a few days. I took this from an article I just looked up: Stress and Weight Loss: Cortisol When this stress occurs, cortisol is released. Cortisol is a hormone of your body. It is also referred to as the stress hormone. It has a destructive and…
