Atkins Diet? I went on it for one week, lost 11 lbs, decided it wasn't for me and ate carbs on day 8. Day 9 I weighed in and had regained all 11 lbs back. For some reason anytime I eat a low carb diet, I immediately regain the weight back when I eat "normally" again.

I'm thinking of trying spinning, but I closed my account at my gym due to not being able to spend the amount of time needed to get a great workout.
