when I worked with the trainer he said no woman should eat more then 1300 calories unless they are advid runners.

you can't tell me your not hungry because if you weren't then you would need myfitnesspal to lose weight....it's like going drastic measures from one extreme to the next....you eat whatever you want and then gain weight, then when you decide to lose it you have to make your calories so low and say I'm not hungry......fat…

Jay Robb's is really good you can get it online, I also don't mind jillian michaels, that one you can get at walmart and it's less expensive, but if you don't mind spending the extra, I'd go Jay Robb all the way

if you are not a thirsty person then how do you even start to make yourself drink this amount of water, I know currently I'm just drinking the 8 glasses and I'm living in the bathroom I can't imagine drinking so much more, what do you just live in there.....when I drink water I find it just makes me more hungry like it…

I'm new to and already frustrated, the scale isn't moving, I guess I just don't understand how I can eat whatever I want and never gaine anything at my current weight which is way to high....but then when I eat 1200 calories nothing happens...feeling defeated today but not willing to give up.....
