I pay $39. Maybe look and see if your town has a comminuty center or a Y? They may not have an indoor track (which is flippin awesome btw--I would probably pay the extra for that lol) but maybe treadmills for the winter months.

I was getting a pedicure after having my daughter. I was racked with post-partum depression and still dragging around all the baby weight. The lady doing my nails pointed to my belly and said "you pregnant with bebe!" I said "no." She glared at me in disbelief "are you SUUUUUUUURE????" So I said: "Well I am SUUUUURE you…

I do not. I need to be able to hear cars/other people coming. A girl in my area was just attacked on her morning run because she was listening to her Ipod and did not hear him coming. However, if I am stuck inside on a treadmill, I HAVE TO listen to my Ipod, otherwise the boredom will kill my workout early.

Everyone starts out like that. ALSO--it just feels like everyone else gets it and looks cool....but most do not, and they are so worried about getting it right and how they look doing it that no one saw if you screwed up. Keep with it--group exercise is such an effective and fun way to achieve your goals! :drinker:

[/quote] OMG. There is always some idiot comparing this nasty crap to breastfeeding. Seriously? When was the last time to took a dump to offer nutrition to your child? Grow up. They're boobs. Every mammal on the planet has them. You probably have no trouble drinking milk from the boobs of COWS. You *SHOULD* have no trouble…

:flowerforyou: I understand wanting to try your best to work things out when there is a child involved. However, in some situations it will be 100 times worse for the child than if you were to separate. I think this is that situation. Children as young as yours FEEL what is going on around them and it affects them more…

Sounds like you need new friends. A friend should support your decisions and journeys in life, as long as they are not harmful to you. Isn't that one of the main definitions of a friend?

I heart you!

First kickboxing class EVER....We were doing a series of back kicks so we were bent over. I was wearing a new tank top and BOTH OF MY BOOBS WERE HANGING COMPLETELY OUT OF IT. I was not aware because I was concentrating so hard. that is, until the instructor yelled at me to "put them away!" into his microphone. The whole…

Yes, thanks for posting this. I get tired of hearing people say that Zumba is not a real workout, or not as much of a workout as other things, ect. :explode: Zumba, like many other group fitness classes, it depends on how hard you try. If you go in there and really do it--it IS a fantastic workout that does create results.

Maybe she's just not ready for that crib. Two months old is pretty soon to be separated from Mom at night all night. Maybe not for you, but for her. Maybe a smoother transition? When I put my little one in her crib in her own room I slept in the room with her for a while (well, I will admit, I was having trouble with the…

I would say you tube, or get a similar type workout on DVD. I am training to become a Body Combat instructor, and that is the only way I was able to get my hands on one! Les Mills has a strict copywrite policy on their videos and have specified that they are not for sale. Such a bummer, hope you get back to the gym…

Yep...thanks for posting this on the day that I decided to down almost a whole bag of chocolate covered berries (all the while justifying the fact that there were berries involved) after almost a year with no slip ups. :embarassed:

You have cool glasses on and pretty hair.

Mine did.

Good luck on this very long journey of yours. I had an eating disorder growing up--and while I have gotten past the behavior (the actual binging/starving/purging) the mental struggle stays with me everty day. I am constantly trying to rein in my tendancy to become obsessed. That being said, the fact that you did post this…

Congratulations! :flowerforyou: This site has really helped me with losing the 60 pounds (ugh) I gained from having my little girl. Good luck, and feel free to add me if you want!
