Sometimes if I drink my water too fast I have this problem. Slow it down and sip throughout the day maybe.

Maybe both? You should look into the type of running shoes are best suited for your foot type. I have separate shoes I wear for running than my other workouts--otherwise my feet would kill me. :sad:

I want to get my daughter's initial but don't know where yet. I love tattoos. I have one that is a tribal surrounding a hibiscus flower. Its a cool tattoo--I just hate the fact that its a tramp stamp. Wish I would have gotten it somewhere, anywhere else! :ohwell:

I put a little bleach in with the whites / color safe bleach with the rest (helps with any stains, too).:bigsmile:

Good for you for quitting AND taking up running! I think its just your lungs getting all that crap worked out of them. Don't give up. I gave up smoking and I am a runner now, too.

It depends on what works best for YOU. I personally get the best workout in group exercise classes at the gym, and have found it harder to get the same results at home. Some people are the opposite. I say see if any gyms in your area have trial memberships and see if you are feelin it.

I would have a hard time getting on board with anything that advertised on their website that you should wear dark pants and/or bring a change of clothes with you wherever you go because of anal seepage. Think I'll pass on that super fun sounding thing. :sick:

I have heard that it can mess with it, especially if you are all of a sudden taking on a super strenuous regimen, or are going from sedentary to active.

I don't know if St. Jude is international, but they are a free cancer care center for children. They treat children with cancer who's families could not otherwise pay. They do this FREE OF CHARGE. www.stjude.org If I had millions and millions I would give it to them.

After a while I liked my days on better--not liking the way I felt on other days, I decided not to have them any more. After a while it becomes a lifestyle and it feels better than indulging. Not saying I don't mess up or slip, I just dont want to anymore.

I will be running. Tomorrow is thankfully a short run day. I plan to go 4 miles, more if I am up to it. That is my version of taking the holiday off :-)

You're welcome---and I think its pretty normal to feel that way. A big part of my confidence / self esteem has to do with how I am doing with my workouts/food on a given day.
