Make a homemade marinara sauce to put on top! I like to use a can of crushed tomatoes, zucchini, peppers, onion, mushrooms, garlic and your choice of herbs/spices to give it some extra flavour. Adding ground meat (lean beef/turkey) would be delicious as well!

Kashi Pumpkin Pie Bars are my weakness...oooh man. Anything pumpkin is my weakness though, really. Kashi bars are better than picking up a Mars to curb a chocolate craving, that's for sure.

I really don't run a lot...I'm talking like, beginners running (when I walk, I walk for a while, then run for a bit, then walk, etc.). No 5ks for me or anything like that. Which is why I'm leaning towards a trainer. Also, I definitely don't have the money for both...especially seeing as most of them are going to be around…

Good for you! You're truly an inspiration on this thing. I can't wait til I see some results. Only thing I've noticed thus far is my skin looks much better than it did before. I don't look as tired, and my skin's been looking fresh and glowy. Eating healthy and exercising really is good for something - who woulda guessed!?

I have Rebok EasyTone's and I can't say that I've noticed much of a difference as far as toning goes. What I can say is that they are the comfiest shoes I've ever stepped foot in - they feel like I'm walking on a cloud! - and I could walk for hours in them.
