This is right on... looking at your food diary, there are little to no fruits, veggies, etc. Our bodies are not designed to process artificial stuff, preservatives, high levels of processed carbs/sugars, etc so sure you might be "technically" under your calorie goal but you are not feeding your body. I do HIIT 2 times a week on the treadmill, med 2 times a week on the elliptical and low most of the other days (leisurely walks with the dog, that kind of thing). Thank you!

Wow! It has seriously never occurred to me to EAT MORE! You have all just made my day ;) I am going to try and up the cals over the next 3-4 weeks and see what happens. Our CSA is starting next week so the timing is perfect!

I get this all the time - it used to annoy me but I've learned that these people are just self conscious about what they are ordering for themselves. I usually ignore it, it's not their business what or why I eat certain things. If they really push me I pull out the gross FAT picture of myself that I keep in my phone. Good…
