wraps. This one is very easy You need: Philadelphia cheese whole wheat tortilla lettuce or spinach ham Put the philadelphia cheese in the tortilla, then a slice of ham and spinach or lettuce (maybe both) then wrap it and cut it in a half. is tasty and low cal.
