I have noticed that too. I get a lot of tiny little bruises around my inner thighs...I assumed it was from the stationary bike. Who knows, it probably is. But I was never like that before. I thought it was weird as well. They look like little finger marks.

Yes! My toes start getting tingly and "burney" after about 15 min...So i guess it's good! Same thing happens to me on the bike too lol. I wanted a body bug but they are too expensive. Ugh maybe one day! I use the polar ft7 and it tells me that I burn about 600-700 calories per workout. Nice :)

Yeah girl, i feel you completely. Bad thing is, we had the taco bell part too....omg...so yeah....Didn't help that all the food was FREE and all the pop was FREE. They should not allow employees free food, anywhere! haha. good luck to you too!

I am in the same boat as you......I worked there for four years as well, and I gained around 100 lbs exactly.....I would eat popcorn chicken and biscuits like there was NO tomorrow. That job was SOOO bad for me, I wish i would have gotten out sooner :-/

That is when I weigh myself. ALWAYS. My weigh-in days are on Tuesdays. The scale said 258.4 this morning and last weigh in day it was 255. I tried so hard with sodium today. I have like 500g of sodium left over. I cooked my own dinner and everything...i guess it really does make a difference. I still need to work on it but…

I know I have to resuce my sodium...I have a really hard time with this. I do not have time to cook for myself and the healthy choice meals are so much easier....I go to school and work full time so I do find it hard to cook for myself....I don't have a lot of money either so I am unable to buy weekly groceries on my own…

Yes, i started at 276....I am at 255 as of Tuesday. You can do this! If i can...you can. I have never made it this long on any diet! Feel free to add me if you wish. I do the treadmill and the stationary bike 4-7 days a week and I have lost 19 lbs so far. I started in the beginning of August. So 19 lbs in a little over a month. Ps. My tracker says 14 but my weigh in days are on Tues, so it will be recorded when i wake up in a few hours lol....
