  • Crystal light! I have to be "thirsty" to drink plain water. Otherwise, I won't drink it unless I force myself. Did 12 cups today, that's rare! Ha..But seriously crystal light makes it go down easier! You won't even know you're drinking water. They make "to go" packets too!
  • I allow myself to eat Chipotle once a week, i can not give it up, no way! lol...I'm still losing though! I always make sure it fits into my calories for the day and I drink PLENTY of water after because of the sodium. I love me some chipotle :)
  • Thanks for all the advice guys! I unfortunately can not afford "good" running shoes. I had a hard time affording my zigtechs and I thought they were decent. Little did I know! haha...I will be able to afford them eventually, but not now. Maybe I'll just stick to week one of c25k...thanks for all the advice!

  • Get a HRM like everyone else says. I'm doing C25K as well and I just go by how many calories my HRM says I burned :) Much easier!

  • I have noticed that, I usually wear my "Danskin" workout top and have less of an issue. But the last 2 times I wore yoga pants and a black t shirt....yeah.
