workout hunger vs. non workout hunger
I have a question...Just out of curiosity.... When I workout I usually burn between 600 and 700+ calories And I noticed that I'm hungry ALLLL DAY and when I don't work out, I'm barely hungry! I still have an appetite (good ole' fat girl appetite) but barely hungry. It's so weird! Does this happen to anyone else?
