I always dreaded going on walks or going up stairs with in-shape people, they're truckin along just fine and here I am out of breath from our journey up x amount of stairs (not anymore) and trying not to show it. Pretending like you're not out of breath, that's hard to do! lol

What else do you find your self doing (or used to do) when you were more over weight. Confession time!

My gram would make or buy cake and I'd get myself a big ole peice even if it was late. I'd ask my fiance if he wanted some *after I'd already cut it* If his awnser was no..I'd eat mine and his both! lol.
