Gym times and calories?

I'm usually at the gym pretty late, like 2am late....the calories I burn should be counted for the next day....not the current day, right? FYI...I don't count the day being over until I go to bed...so when I go to the gym tonight...id put the calories on Friday...not thursday , right?

Also, I always drink a myoplex or muscle milk after my workout.... say I drank one tonight after my workout at 3am...should I count the calories for Thursday or Friday?? Confused.

    I don't think in the big scheme of things it matters, but I would keep everything I do between sleeping in one day.

    It's up to you. Either go from midnight to midnight, or from bedtime to bedtime. It makes no difference as long as you're consistent.
