BTW, in case anyone wonders why I'm only responding to the guys' pics - there's so many of us women here encouraging each other, but not all that many men. I think they deserve that little bit extra for being brave enough to come and show us.
And now, although I've posted it elsewhere the past couple of days - here's mine:
1 year ago / 6 months ago / 2 or 3 months ago / yesterday
Awesome. Just Awesome.0 -
Wow, that is great, Congrats, hope i can look like that after the 30ds0

The start of it all for me and then the one in the dress is me about 4 days ago. Maybe 5?
Then here is a week before I started the 30 day shred, then the other photo below is 7 day's within the 30 day shred, and then the last was taken 2 days ago.

What amazes me most is the difference you can make at the SAME weight.
You look amazing! Shows why people should definitely train with heavy weights instead of endless cardio. Your body looks totally different! You're an inspiration to me0 -
I'm pretty tall, 6'3 and of large frame so alot of people I know are shocked to find out that before I was almost 500 lbs.
Before:
470-480's
350's here and midway point to goal:
Most Current 315 lbs.:
another 90 lbs. or so go to. shooting for 200-220. somewhere in that range. I'm not settling on a number on the scale. I am going for how I look and feel.0 -
Everyone looks awesome!
I'm 5'7. Here's my before and during.
My heaviest weight is in the first column at 190lbs. 2nd column at 170-180lbs, 3rd column 150-160lbs.
And my after. First row is my initial goal weight of 140lbs, 2nd and 3rd row are both me at my current weight of 130lbs.
I started doing Turbo Fire classes last year in June, did about 3 classes a week along with jogging / swimming / biking 2-3 times a week and worked my way up to 6 days a week of the TF classes over about 2 months. I reached my 1st goal weight of 140lbs by October 13th and reached my 2nd goal of 130lbs by November 7th.0 -
I am 5' started at 196 now down to around 125 (no scale until Easter, but inches are going down)

Wow you look great! What are you doing for exercise/diet?0 -
This is awesome. I wish that some in my family would get the picture and do something about their weight but they don't. My mom is as big as I am pant size and is about 3 inches smaller than I am. She just looks at me like I am crazy when I talk about how many calories are in stuff. She comes home from work and I will generally be on my bike or doing on of my workout dvd's. She just rolls her eyes and walks away. You make me smile and know that with the determination I can do it.0

The beginning
about 9months bulk
The Cutt 2 months into a cutt
Okay, now I know what people mean when they say "skinny fat". You amazing!
Actually skinny fat is someone who is thin but is not muscle, they just portion their weight out or their fat out. That's what I gather it to be. However he, he is just freaking hot... Sorry, had to he is haha... I so would love to touch those muscles hahaha.
Haha! All I could think about was dirty thoughts. Sorry, not trying to sound pervy or anything but daaa-amn!! :smokin:
I wanted to say the same thing. Wish my hubs would get it together and start doing something because if he looked like this I would be "ride 'em cowgirl" LOL0 -

Having a really tough week with work, and slipped a little with my food but this has given me a boost to get going again.
