32 miles on the bike yesterday and another 12 this morning. Increased my target from 150 to 250 miles. Need to keep moving now.

I also think the 1000 cal burned is probably a bit of an over estimation. I hear 100 cal per mile quite a lot but according to my hrm I only burn about 40 cals per mile. I guess that's one of the disadvantages of being small.

I'm 5'1" and 113lbs. My goal, and day to day, weight is 105lbs though my 'race weight' is 98lbs. I'm aiming for this for a key race as this is the weight I feel I run fastest but know isn't sustainable year round. There's a fine balance between reaching a low weight and being able to fuel training efficiently.

I love the stone markers. I'm hoping to see 7.** in the next few weeks and that sounds just so tiny. I am only 5ft 1 and a competitive runner so 7's are actually about right for me.

So, 4 miles each way on the bike and 5 miles at running club last night takes me to 90 miles so far. Definitely need to reassess my target, thinking 200 or even 250 miles. This challenge is really helping me focus on getting out there. :happy:

4 mile steady run on Wednseday and 5.5 mile race last night takes me to 77 for the month so far. Cycling to running club tonight so will have a few more miles to add later. Thinking I might need to review my target :-)

Not a bad start, 6 mile run and 12 mile cycle today, 18 down, still plenty to go :-)
