If HIIT is done correctly, then it shouldn't be any more than a half hour at most. High intensity means you're going to be GASPING for air with a short recovery period. I'm a huge fan of roasted veggies,any kind my faves are broccoli, cauliflower, kale just add some evoo for extra flavor and calories and good fat place on cooking sheet in oven 400 degrees 15-20 minutes....I like mine really crisp so I Roast them until they start to get brown.
