Yoa is great for Toning and you can break it up into 10 minute increments while the little ones are napping. You can get a dvd or find videos on you tube

Just keep doing what your doing. it's working great. I love my Cardio and am not big on weight training so I like yoga for toning and sculpting. you can look into adding yoga or pilates into your routine .As far as disney goes, I go every year and always "gain" but you do so much walking I think the gain is mostly water…

That seems right to me I wear my hrm and burn about 175 for a 75 min class remember the breath movement in yoga can actually slow your heart rate but it is still great for tonoing and strengthening. I just wouldnt eat back those calories burned

This I use the real maple you only need 1/4 - 1/2 of a tablespoon which is about 25-50 cals I add blueberries blackberries rasberries banana and walnuts...so sweet I only use 1/4 tablespoon of the real maple. This is my breakfast every sunday morning!

I was borderline high for 20 years but last year it spiked to dangerously high. You should not work out at high intensity if your blood pressure is high I would recommend walking or moderate cardio ( lower end of your training zone ) until you see your nurse. Hope this helps.

How many calories are in it I cant find that info and I take it for blood sugar regulation.

Its good in stir frys and I chop it up and put it in my veggie tuna salad. You can even use it in vegetable soup.
