Some of my Pals wanted this recipie. Here it is, by request
1 Can (15 oz.) Black Beans drained and rinsed
2 Bananas (preferably pretty ripe ones)
1/4 C. Instant Oats (or rolled oats put through the blender work, too) * you can use 1/2 C. if you prefer your brownies a little less "fudgey"
1/3 C. Agave
1/4 C. Sugar (I used stevia instead, it was fine) *this is optional*
1TBSP Vanilla Extract
1TSP ground Cinnamon
1/4 C. unsweetened Cocoa Powder
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350 F. Grease an 8x8" pan and set aside. Combine all ingredients, except oats, in a food processor or blender and blend until smooth, scrapping sides as needed. Stir in the oats and pour batter into the pan. Bake approximately 30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Allow to cool before slicing. Chef's Note: if you find these brownies are too soft or too fudge-y, add another 1/4 cup oats or flour.
MAKES 8 SERVINGS @ 85 CALORIES EACH W/4 GRAMS OF PROTIEN EACH!!

You diodn't say they were delicious .....0

I have them in the oven right now! The batter was really yummy so I have pretty high hopes for these! Lol.0

I just had one while still warm. I'm a brownie lover by nature so I was really excited to try this recipe. I say they're not bad. I like them enough to possibly make them again sometime but, of course, they will never take the place of traditional brownies. XD0

How many calories would they be if I used real sugar instead of stevia?0

I'm glad you liked them. They are different from regular brownies, of course, but they are actually good for you with low calories and protien! MY trouble is not eating the whole darn pan. lol! Yes the batter is YUMMY ( i let my boyfriend try it before I told him there were black beans in them otherwise he never would've eaten one) as far as the calories using real sugar, I am unsure of this. I guess the thing to do would be to check the calorie content on 1/2 C of sugar and dvide it by eight (eight servings), then add that nuber to 85 (the calorie content of 1 brownie without sugar)0
