I would think if you aim for 2 and then don't make it each week you'll be disappointed. I shoot for 1 and then if I lose more it's a bonus. I've been here 10 weeks and have lost 18 lbs. Shoot for an average then over time and then you'll be delighted when it's more.

I took them for about 2 months and saw no difference. Perhaps they did some good on the inside but by all outward appearances -nothing.

Eggs and tuna on bread - Yum ! Scrambled eggs and tuna - not so sure about this one. Personally I dislike hot tuna immensely.

I get tired too. I'm drinking a bottle of water for each half hour I work out. I just thought it was because I'm exerting energy and my body is complaining. I'd be curious to see what others say.

I would suggest making your portion sizes a little bit bigger just to kick it up to 1200 calories. It looks like you're not eating enough and you're going to slow down your metabolism. Then you won't lose any weight.

That's exactly what I did a week or two ago and it really helped me "get back on the horse" so to speak. Sometimes we think things are much worse than they really are. By logging the "binge" it helps bring us back around to our goal path.

I so agree. It is definately a lifelong change and a total change of mindset. It's about wanting to live not exist and wanting to actually participate in life not live your life around food.
