did w3d3 yesterday.... had to take rest days my knees and back started hurting...must have done something wrong.... will be finishing w3 this week then next week w4! how are you guys doing?

on week 1 i burned about 170cal... yesterday i started w2 and my hrm said 215 but i took about 1hr to do it so maybe that's why i burned more... i'm 5ft3 and 122lbs..

started w2! i was like.." where does she get these moves from???" :P i feel less tired than when i did w1..but since i did w2 for the first time today i took about 58min to complete, approx twice the time...i had to stop so as to see the different moves then start over...also..i only did the beginner version... stats:…

Im 5'3..right now am at 122lbs..my goal weight would be around 110lbs...but im starting to think that might be too skinny..so i ll say 115-ish..:P however, i ll maintain whenever im happy with what i see in the mirror... I have a lot of fat around my thighs..that's mainly why i still want to lose weight..
