fully raw/high raw friends
Hi! i am new to being high raw, actually started yesterday. i eat only raw food during the day then i have a cooked meal for dinner. I would really like to have friends that are fully raw or high raw please add me if you are a raw foodist too :)

planning meals ahead
I was wondering if I planned all my meals for the week, if that would help me to stay within the calorie limit. I am finding it really hard to stay within the calorie limit since the new year and I have also put on weight. does anyone one plan meals ahead and does it help you?
