I'm 42. In 2014, I got my butt moving and most 75 pounds. Fast forward to 2016, and I've gained about 30 pounds back! This past week, I decided to get back on track. My goal is to lose 20 pounds before I turn 43 in September.

I'm a little late, but ready to join the challenge! I've lost 36 pounds since 12/31/13, which is great. but it's starting to get more difficult! My goal is to lose at least 5 pounds by the end of the challenge.

I do the same thing--try something, but quit when I don't get the results I think I should. I have done up through day 4 on the 30DS, and I want to see it through to the end--no matter what! I say do the whole program!!

Get your bloodwork done. I had mine done in June--YIKES!! My dose was increased AND now I take B12 and vit D daily. I feel much better!! I was rechecked this month, and everything is great!

Hi! My name is Tina and I am a teacher in Texas. I taught 4th grade for 9 years, then moved down to 1st grade. This will be my 3rd year with the little ones, and I love it! Tomorrow is my first official day back, but I've been working in my room for the past 2 weeks!

Welcome! I have yet to try Zumba, but I hear it is wonderful!! It sounds like you get lots of exercise, but just need to work on the eating aspect. I need to work on both!! Good luck in your transformation!
