I haven't drank pop in years. Only on an occassion if I'm out drinking and I get a mixed drink and a diet ends up being my mixer but that's like once every 5 months or so. I hope so. Now, I don't go to a gym. I don't have time or the money for a membership. Single mom of 2. But I have a treadmill and lots of workout video's. I have a few dumbbells and a few free weights. But I'll be doing my 30 Day Shred starting Monday. Not everyday but at least 3 days a week.

Well there's 4 pictures. 2 of which are very similar. One was taken in June and the other yesterday. Yes they are close. Very. I honestly didn't see a different which is why I posted to see if anyone else saw one. Because we almost never see a difference but we need others to see a difference.

Yes, I am very happy with myself with the pic from last August to today. That is obviously a huge difference. And to think I thought I was doing good last August enough to buy that. Yeah I have a scale now that I've had for about a year but it only does lbs. I want one that does lbs and also tells me what my body fat is as well because I have NO clue and I want that to start going down as well!

If your looking for a cheap way to "buy" weights though, use gallon milk jugs. Rinse them out really good and fill them with water at first then as you need them to get heavier fill them with sand. They are free/cheap weights and work great! And they work! :)

For a long time I was eating 1200 calories. Most days I went over though usually because of dinner. It honestly was rare that my day ended up being perfect in eating.
