hey all just a quick message to say still going strong on my diet not feeling hungry missing the snacking but sacrifice is needed and keeping my motivation up so far so good dont get weighed until the 24th of august so week and a half to go so we will see then if my diet is working

hey thankyou for your advice and appreciate it i do need motivating for the days i am not at the gym but we will see how this new diet i am trying works out for i signed up for the next 3 months lol no choice3 now so i got to do it lol
