I'm 5'5" and at 125lbs right now. Was 158lbs at my highest. I'm happy anywhere between 120-130. Depends on how you are built too I think. I'm curvy and any less than 120lbs and my body is unhappy with me. Photo of me at 130lbs. Photo at 125lbs.
