That is very annoying! I also can't stand the people who use a machine for 3 sets and insist on taking 5 minute breaks in between without letting anyone else on during their "rest". Unless your weights are extremely high and a burden to take on and off....SHARE! Which brings me to another point....take your weights off…

OMG!! You just made me realize that I put in the wrong weight! I'm 137 in the last picture NOT 147! I say that all the time....maybe bc I'm not used to being so low in weight. SOOOOOOOO SORRY!!!!!

I have to give credit where credit is due. My boyfriend helped me out a LOT! I lift weights twice a week with him and do cardio (which I hate) once or twice a week (running/jogging/walking). Weight loss can be VERY frustrating! Stick with it and you WILL get results! Make sure to eat and sleep is also VERY VERY important during weight loss.

rice, nuts, prunes, raisins, corn, etc are all super high in calories for a small amount of food....try to find the highest calorie content for small volumes of food. good luck!

I do because I find it intersting to see the fluctuations....it's a gradual downward slope. It's not neccessary but I enjoy it.

This indirectly brings up another good point. A lot of people are deciding to lose weight to rid themselves of other medical issues that are fixed or maintained by medications (diabetes, high blood pressure...) I find it ironic that some choose to use a pill to get off of another pill.

I find that people who try fad diets tend to have that attitude towards me. What they don't realize is that you're dedicating your time and energy towards making your life healthier. It includes discipline with food and exercise. It also takes longer and is harder than people think because they don't see what happens…

Thank you for replying. It's nice to see that others feel the same way I do. I have yet to see someone use a diet aid and stay at that weight (even with bariatric surgery there is no guaranteed results) without a lifestyle change. I find it so rewarding to know that I have taken the time to understand how my body reacts…

lol...it's a funny one, but it's such an amazing feeling! My favorite funny NSV was when someone stated that they could stand with their feet at shoulder width and their thighs wouldn't touch. Also, a lot of processed foods love to had added sugar. The more whole foods you eat...the less ingredients in something, the less sugar intake you will have.
