You have made a huge visual change in such a short amount of time! Awesome! What is it that you are doing?!
-
Keep it up! The changes get better and better the healthier and more fit you get!
-
Truely an amazing job! Keep up the hard work and enjoy the "new" you!
-
Not more I can say than what hasn't already been stated. Congratulations on the transformation. I'm sure that it has helped you through some tough times. Keep it up!

I'm halfway through insanity, on the recovery week, and I love it! It's the hardest workout I've ever stuck to. Watching yourself progress through the fit test is really motivational!

The hardest part is actually accepting the fact that you are a female. At certain times of the month, for me it's when I'm ovulating, I become ravenous! Try to find foods that have high volume and little calories. I just found a "pasta" called Pasta Slim that, for 2 servings, is only 40 calories!!!! (It's in the cold food…

The poster never stated that this is how everyone should do things. He did an awesome job of explaining what some people can't seem to grasp on this site. I work in a hospital...in surgery and have asked a multitude of surgeons (bariatric, orthopedic and otherwise) if weight loss is sometimes unobtainable for people. Every…

I that really something to disagree about? One meal won't effect your weight loss at all actually. It's good to enjoy something every once in a while. I had a cheat meal every 10 lbs that I lost. It gave me something to look forward to.

Thank you...you took the words right out of my mouth!

The calories that it adds on isn't about hunger issues at all. It's the amount of calories that you've burned during a workout. The reason people say to eat them back, or atleast half is because you need them. Calories=energy. If you don't give your body the energy to work correctly then you'll be running on fumes hungry…

The reason that they give you a goal to reach in calories is bc that's how much you need for your body to function at the weight and height and amount of activity you do. When you alter what you are really supposed to eat by drastically cutting those calories your body can opt to hold on to what it has and you won't lose…

skinny cow makes really good ice cream bars for about 100 calories...and they are YUMMY! Also, when I really crave a thick and creamy ice cream I go to McDonalds...yes, I said it, McDonalds bc their vanilla cone is only 150 calories! And the frozen fruits sound delicious also! I'm going to have to try that!

This site is great for support and motivation! If you read the message boards you will gain a lot of knowlege and also see how far others have come. You will also hear the ranting and complaining that goes along with the weight loss, but that's just part of the fun! This site has made me feel normal as far as seeing and…

I believe you can buy them from any sporting goods store. You should also check out amazon. they usually have awesome deals on everything! I personally assume that I burned about 150 calories doing strength training. I lift extremely heavy (High Intensity Training) for about 45 minutes, 2 times a week. I low ball it for…

This question is in the FAQ section of the website. I felt the same way about it. Although, there are a LOT of factors that go into how many calories you burn when doing strength training. The only way you can truely tell is if you buy a good heart rate monitor.

I love my shoulder dimples...and my collar bones!

Yep!...I totally agree. However you put the fat on is exactly how it comes off, just in reverse. I have lost 43 pounds so far and my boobs have gone down a lot! (From a very large 36 C to a 34 B) Yet, I still have my fat in my butt and thighs. I tend to gain weight in my lower body first and add on going upwards. Wait to…

2 eggs and 2 blueberry eggos with a half serving of whipped cream cheese. 360 calories, but filling and delicious!! Plus a cup of coffee of course.

On the Eat This Not That website there is a giant section about salads. It's amazing to see that some have more calories than I'm alotted for 2 days! And the sodium content in most of them is outrageous!
-
I can't wait to try this!! Thank you so much! Is it 435 per serving or the entire recipe?

I have been counting calories for a little over a year now....and I love it! I feel empowered to be in control of what I'm eating and knowing that I have my life in order as far as my food goes. I also know how to "eyeball" food now as well. Don't let it get to you! Have fun and look at the bright side! Good luck and happy…

Very awesome! And a great feeling! Keep it up!

YES please! Do share!

I have rewarded myself with a "free" meal every time I've reached a 10 lb loss. It motivated me to work harder when I was working on the last couple of pounds bc I always knew where I wanted to go for dinner and what I was going to get for my meal. It was a great mini goal!

You are not alone on that one. I find that it's the people who are/were not able to maintain their own healthy habits that discourage you. Keep your head high and stay on track! There are plenty of people who would appreciate your knowledge and experience. I have read about and also have done some friend "weeding." You…

Awesome job!! Have fun in Daytona!

Like previously stated...calories are calories. I've eaten a big meal or a lot of food right before bed also and I've lost 43 pounds total. Eat your calories! Enjoy them! :flowerforyou:

Amazing job! BTW, like the dark hair!

Awesome article! If I hadn't had my boyfriend there to explain this to me every morning that I weighed myself I would have gone crazy! Although, I'm sure he thought I had since he could have just recorded himself and not dealt with the explaining every day. Again, great find!!! I hope a lot of people take this article and…

Congratulations! Good luck with the other half! I hope you are extremely happy with the progress you have made and how far you have come! :)
