find a picture of yourself that you don't like from when you were at your highest weight. Carry it with you...when you get a case of the munchies take it out and look at it! Sometimes it works for me, other times...the junk foods wins.

I 100% understand! I still wear baggy clothes to hide the progress! I refuse to talk to my brother (he lives in another state) about my progress because he ALWAYS picked on me about being big and I want it to be a shock when he comes home around the holidays. My self esteem was/is really low when I started gaining weight…

because it's a birthday and they only occur once a year I would make the cake and not worry about it being healthy. Just eat one slice (maybe a small slice) and enjoy it. If you don't want it around the house because it's too tempting just have your husband take it to work or give it to a family member that isn't watching…

i love cottage and hummus....tho not together! I like pineapple or mandarine oranges on my cottage cheese. You can make a cottage cheese salad, it sounds kind of gross but I think it's really yummy! One large cottage cheese, one large orange sugar free jello,one container of sugar free cool whip and a can of mandarine…

My right knee used to dislocate ALOT! I mean would slide almost to the back of my leg (gross sorry). I had to have surgery for it. It can be dangerous, their are veins it can hit and cause internal bleeding. I had surgery over 10 years ago and my knee still hurts if I do too much. I have a Gazelle and that doesn't bother…

you could look in the powdered drink section at your local food store...I know Walmart makes a sugar free orange drink (it kind of reminds me of Tang).

Wow, you can really see the difference! You should be very happy with the progress!! I have about 60 - 70 pounds to lose too....I try to take it day by day so I don't get overwhelmed with the amount of time it is going to take me to shed those pounds. I will do it though....and I know you will too!!!

I have been having the same problem. I was thinking it was sue to me exercising and sweating, maybe some of the pores are getting clogged while we are sweating out the oils in our skin? I wash my face after every workout but I'm still getting them. I really thought it was just me!

if you are working out every night you could have gained muscle....muscle weighs more than fat.
