What kind of leg lifts do you mean? There are a couple of variations, also 70 lifts per leg? Or is it 35 and 35, to total 70.

Wow! Tons of great advice here, thanks guys. I will definitely look into better shoes, mine are not as comfortable as I'd like them to be. I started putting ice on my shins today and I like that idea of drawing the ABC's with my toes, lol that sounds like it would help as well. I think I went into it too hard this past…

I think by cheat days, people actually mean a cheat MEAL in one day. I know a lot of people who choose one meal in which they can eat one meal on their chosen day that can be described as "unhealthy" but still moderated to not to go TOO much over their calorie limit, and this would equal their "cheat day". Not so much just…

My highest was 164lbs. at age 20, this was about a month and a half ago! I weighed around 130lbs. when I was a freshman in high school (age: 14), hoping to get down to that number again ;]

Yes, actually it is recommended to weigh-in first thing in the morning after using the restroom because that way you are weighing your actual body weight by itself. If you weigh say, in the afternoon, there is a possibility your scale could be taking into account any food or water(especially if you drink A LOT like me :P )…

I will admit, I am definitely NOT a fan of cottage cheese, I tried the small-curd and didn't really like it much. Which is a shame because I am a fan of anything "cheese"...except cottage. On the other hand, i lovelovelove tomatoes :] I could try out this simple recipe and see how I feel about cottage cheese after :],…
