I have been thinking about getting Slim in 6. Did you like it? See results like the commercial says? I appreciate any feedback you have on it. Thanks!

Try living in the Middle of Nowhere, NC, we don't even have a health food store/organic food store. Many of the foods I read about on MFP and would like to try are not sold where I live. Very frusturating, I totally understand where you are coming from.

Don't fee bad my husband and I tried making turkey burgers and they were so bad we ended up throwing them away and ordering a pizza. You tried that's what matters. You live and you learn, now you can try something else.

Muscle does not weigh more than fat...a pound is a pound no matter what it made of. You may have just had an off week, it could be water weight, is it close to the time of month? Don't be too hard on yourself just keep trying and you will get the results you are looking for.

Of course you can. Sometimes I even save mine up and use them on the weekend if I know I will be going out to dinner.

I also have a Nordictrack and have never had any problems with it. I bought it from Sears in 2005/2006. It also came with a service plan where someone will come out and service the machine once a year. I have been very happy with it however it is big, takes up a lot of space, and is very heavy if you ever have to move it.…

Nope never, but I am losing and that's what matters most

Are you eating your exercise calories? You may not be eating enough.

 I'm in, already have the DVD. What's the challenge (besides the workout itself)?

I think it will always be a struggle for many of us...I know it will be for me.

I read that sodas have a ton of sodium in them and that is why they may possibly slow down weight loss. I use to drink one or two diet sodas per day and when I stopped I lost 2 pounds in one week. I assume it was water weight I had been retaining from all the sodium.

I love the skinny cow ice cream cones. They are 150 calories and well worth every one!
