This IS a learning process - good on you for even thinking about it - till a week ago i ate everything I wanted when ever I wanted [I didnt even know the basics] but im here to learn and to change and if it is hard at the start then so be it - rome wasnt built in a day .............mmmmmmmmmmmmmmm snickers

welcome buffjess hey angelica I have a crazy toddler too! Im not going to weigh myself every week because I know if i havent lost anything I will go and buy a sloppy burger with extra sauce and chips [so i am going to weight myself once a month] mm sloppy burger .. :noway: :embarassed:

3 weeks is awesome Im on my third day and it feels like months i want cream, chocolate, steak with prawns garlic sauce and chips, chocolate mudcake with heaps of cream, a banana milkshake with heaps of ice cream and a few very big bourbon and cokes mmm this is hard work!

I did so bad today First half of the day was great - had cereal for brecky with low fat milk a banana for afternoon tea MASSIVE salad for lunch with grilled fish but then when i was at work [work in a kitchen around food 24/7 I ate loads of fatty crap :( I feel so bad that i couldnt help myself new day tomorrow :cry:

I'm 222 pounds [god when you say it in pounds it sounds much worse than kgs] 101kgs 154 pounds is my goal 65-75kgs i would like to lose AT LEAST 22 pounds by christmas [ Is that possible? ] 10kgs I'm only going to weigh myself once a month when i go to the doctor. I'm about 5'7 Nice to meet you guys!

I did 12 minutes on my orbitrec instead of 10 i did have quite a few [4-5 second] breaks in between because im so unfit but at least i did it im proud !:blushing: :blushing:

hey today so far ive had spinach, pumpkin, light philli with 2 boiled eggs for brecky Im having a cup of strawberrys for lunch and im going to have grilled fish with asparagus for dinner If i get hungry ill make a salad at work and have some almonds! I,ve had about a ltre of water already and its only 10am so water - check…

I drank 7 glasses of water that i remember and I had a very big fresh salad with roasted pumpkin and baby spinach and i had about 1/2 - 1 cup of milk I've eaten that for the past few nights - cant get enough of pumpkin mmmm

Also, I'd be very careful about the amount of calories you allow your body to have. If you're cutting what you're eating in half you might be doing more damage than good. When your body doesn't get the calories it needs, it basically says..."Oh no...time to go into hibernation mode" and it stores all of the calories you do…

AND this is the thing thats made me overweight cheese [in head I NEED DAIRY] mm milo [i need dairy] bread [i need the grains] ect ect I need to know exactly how much milk to drink - how much fruit to eat ect ect ect does anyone have a diet written out that i could pinch? how do you guys measure out what to eat and when?

Hey im 101kgs and i want to be 60kgs but doctor said i should be 70kgs lol so ill aim for 70 and see where that gets me nice to see im not doing this alone!
