I do yoga almost daily, and I love it! I wish I would have discovered it earlier. I really recommend yoga too. I started off doing only about 20 minutes of yoga, since I wasn't strong enough to do longer. But now I do yoga easily for an hour, and I've lost inches.

I say go for it! But as everyone has stated to listen to your body. If you feel to sore or pain, you should stop. Overdoing it isn't good either then you'll get an injury. So as long as your body feels fine do it :) Also make sure you eat enough and not starve yourself :)

I took it about 5-6 years ago trying to lose 5-10lbs. It was a complete waste of money for me. It didn't do anything besides make my heart race, and gave me a bladder infection. I have a sensistive bladder so too much caffeine wrecks havoc on it.

I don't find it hard to keep on track with the low GI Diet. I'm actually doing low GL (Glycemic Load) now. As it offers a bigger variety of foods. I've been doing it for a month now, and I feel much better. I have a lot more energy now too, and my skin has a healthy glow.
