  • You'd need to look into this but I'm pretty sure there's a ratio of fat to calories you're supposed to follow - something like you shouldn't get more than 30% of your calories from fat. I can't remember exactly but it all comes down to balance! Might depend on how active you are too. Sorry, not the straightforward answer…
  • Do you take measurements (waist/hips etc)? How do your clothes feel? If you're toning up and adding muscle that could account for the lack of weight loss because muscle is quite dense and heavy. It's not all about the weight - stay positive!
