I did it!!! 1hr walking and stair stepping and 1/2hr weights. I think the water was the hardest, but did it! Also my calorie intake was only in the 900's.. I feel great and think I'm going to do it again tomorrow.:smile:

I just started today. I started walking a week ago to really prepare for this. My big problem is breakfast I would rather just have coffee and skip it. If anyone has any ideas to help, please let me know. Thank you, Redbudwhite
