I move my workouts home until I am not contagious anymore. But I don't stop unless I absolutely can't do anything. However, I may ease up a bit on the intensity, only a bit. Working out seems to help my sickness. It's when I am sedentary that prolongs it.

Better yet, lets just say I drank too much water, LOL. I tried to watch the portions. Of course they gave me more vegetables than chicken. There was about 1/3 cup of rice. In my mind I was good on my protion control, especially with the chips. I usally finish the basket by myself.
