I am a little over 200 and and will it makes me feel bad when i go out in public in the clothes that i would love to be wearing. But i cant because of my tummy weight

LOL i know all the food i eat and about how much they are for the servings. I try to eat the same thing ever day but not always. i am going to have to try and find something else to eat sometime

Yes it is and i have eating them all already and it still has that 300. but you are says if it says that i have "0 Calories remaining". I am good. Right?? Sorry to so many questions. It just has to sink in some before i really understand it. It says that i have 0 left

Ok so my i just looked and calorie to eat are wrong when i first wrote them down. It is suppose to be 1670/day and i just got the last 210. So i also need to eat the 300 i burned as well??

Ok so i have 1200 calorie to eat a day and i need to burn 500 of it. Is that in each day or in a weeks workouts??

I just weighted myself i weigh 207.6 Lbs i lost like 3 Lbs Omg. I do weigh til Wednesday though. But it is still Great :bigsmile:

Ok so if my deficit is 500 Calories and i am 211 under my amount. how much should i leave on there or should i eat or exercise them all. I really do not understand that stuff. It is confusing to me.

I have had 4 glass of water today that seems to the most i can consume in one day. and i am having last meal of the day. Corn dogs (with no ranch dressing). Yay!! Thank you so much i really appreciate the compliments. I have not felt the urge to drink the tea or soda and after the first couple of days i have not had the urge to eat sweets either and i am normally the one to eat a lot off those a day. I am very proud of myself for not doing those three things :bigsmile:

Went out and walked for an 1h 15m yesturday and it felt good for a bit then once i got home it felt even better once i got to sit down because i was tired. Yay!! i have concord the feel of being hungry and it has been three days sense i have really eatin anything with a lot of sugar. Oh dang i about forgot i had half a Vanilla milk shake today at lunch. I guess i am not doing so well after all. Tomorrow is a better day for us all

i hate to be the one to do that but i divided it up and it a little over 500 calorie if i do it my way but 1/12 sound even better thank you for the advice and i am sorry if i up set you in anyway shape or fashion
