Try doing this every day
Walk 7000 steps or 1.6 miles Do 200-450 sit-ups (if you don't do this already try will 50-100 and work your way up) Do 10-20 push-ups Drink 5 8 oz glasses of water Run for 5 minutes (don't over do your run take a break and take it slow) Try jumping jacks Walk up and down a hill twice 10 minutes after meals (if you don't…

Anyone have any really good Recipes??
That are cost efficient for a person that has about $125 a month and needs at least two meals a day and it not eat the same or near the same everyday. Help!!
I am always hungry between meal and even right after i eat a snack. Does anyone have the problem?? Do you think it could be our minds telling use we are hungry or are we really hungry. My tummy does not growled at me but i still feel hungry. :grumble:
