Is there a good way to work you ABS?? Is it good to work them everyday?? Any suggestions would be good :happy:

    Ab ripper x..muwahahahaha. That's only a couple of times a week. You have to give your muscles rest so they can build after a heavy trouncing. Lots of exercises that work the abs..and most of them require you holding your legs and shoulders off the ground. Crunches and different types of sit ups etc.

  • I agree, Ab Ripper X, part of the P90X program. It is a very good workout for your abs. The whole P90X program is great. Have done it twice, started a third round then found out I was pregnant so had to stop. If you can get your hands on this program, you should try it. I have turned a few people onto it and they all love it too. Good luck!!
