  • first week so far so good. love the cardio axe, is so fun but ``bum bum`` is really hard like the others workout... u can feel evry single muscle burning... love it
  • in some workouts u need to keep your weight in one leg and u get to do different kinds of squats and lunges.. all depends how bad is your knee..
  • it`s a plan for 4 weeks, there`s different programs for different goals.. i tried a couple of days and its fun, there s a lot of dancing involved, 3 different dvd, cardio, bum bum and streching called high & tight sculpt. looks complete and burns!
