  • Being single--I worked and then did zumba at home. I had buffalo wings and beer at the 99 restaurant. Then when to my local hangout with friends and had more beer. I didn't keep track of beer. Today is a new day to be back on track.
  • I work at the grocery store it was crazy all day long.My bakery dept. is trashed. I dread going to work tommorrow 3 hours earlier than normal to get things done. We want everyone to get home safely.
  • have a snack. I just got back from the gym and am going to have a snack, before bed.
  • Any form of exercise is better than none. I am starting to use it on non lifting days, so I don"t have to go to the gym everday, especially on cold days when you just want to go home. I do the sports, especially like the boxing. I just got Zumba core abs. I am not much of a dancer and am horrible at following line dances…
  • Thanks for the replies. I do use one side more than the other at work. I will keep on doing my workout and concentrate on lifting heavier so i get stronger.
